Now that everything is getting back on track, especially for phase 1, the residents' committee has restarted its walk-in consultation hours.

walk-in consultation hours

Location: Het Paleis
Adriaan van Oordthof 20-22
When: Iedere dinsdag
17:00 uur - 19:00 uur

For now, we have planned this until the end of September and it depends on the needs of the residents.

You can consult us with all your questions and comments about Stadgenoot's plans for the neighborhood.
But of course, you can also come to us with all other questions, problems, and comments.

The residents' committee has started a guiding survey among all tenants in the Couperusbuurt.
The aim is to get an impression of the opinions in the neighborhood about Stadgenoot's plans.
After all, the residents' committee expresses the opinions of all tenants. So your opinion!

Residents 'committee and tenants' organization rights

Tenant organizations and residents' committees have information law, consultation right, advisory right and agenda right. Resident committees have slightly less rights than tenant organizations.

Stadgenoot has delivered a newsletter about the Couperusbuurt to the residents this week.
You can find this in the menu Files Stadgenoot.

The residents' committee was restarted when Stadgenoot indicated that it wanted to make plans for neighborhood renewal.
Earlier, the committee was "retired".

By restarting the residents' committee, it can be ensured that the tenants of Stadgenoot can take maximum advantage of their rights.
A residents' committee does not simply make agreements about the renovation plans.
