Last October/November, de Woonbond, commissioned by the residents' committee, held a residents' consultation about Stadgenoot's phase 1 renovation plans.

It was an extensive list of questions, but it addressed a very important topic namely, the future of your home and your neighborhood!

The questionnaire consistently distinguished between permanent residents and residents with a youth contract.

As expected, there were significant differences in the results between these two groups of residents.
Permanent residents were often more critical of the plans.

Based on the results, the residents' committee issued a qualified recommendation to Stadgenoot.
